Programming is our first step in defining the requirements of the project. Detailed discussions accurately determine the project image and requirements, defines goals and budget parameters. It is the working tool for both the client and architect.

 

Preliminary Planning provides studies, review of codes, zoning and investigation towards
the best solution. Projected preliminary cost are developed with sketches.

 

Schematic Design utilizes the program analysis to proceed with plans, layouts and to begin in developing the aesthetic concept of the project.

 

Design Development outlines the size and character of the project. Drawings will indicate design features as elevations, sections, details and interior finishes defining the character

of the project.

 

Contract Documents is the preparation for the final architectural drawings, specifications and finishes for construction, permit and bids.

 

Administration can be elected to aid in the bidding process, material procurement and
on-site and construction supervision.
